Clint has had a long diverse career as a corporate executive and management consultant in companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 50. With leadership roles in over 30 acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, Clint has hands-on experience with all types of transactions and valuations from <$1 million to over $30 billion. Clint works with sellers to maximize the value of their companies and with buyers to ensure that that the value of their acquisitions are maintained through the transition.
In addition to working as an M&A intermediary, Clint has served in a variety of interim roles for clients, including GM/CEO, CTO, and COO. He has deep experience in the software, high-tech, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining ADG he worked as a management consultant with a firm based in Seattle, WA.
Clint enjoys scuba diving, boating, travel, wine, cooking, and is the author of several novels.
