Jay has worn many hats during his career in business and management. Whether it has been managing two family-owned manufacturing and distribution businesses, as a Partner with Accenture in management consulting, in executive positions with professional services firms, or running his own management consulting company, Jay’s focus has always been client service and delivering value.
Jay has worked with over 125 clients primarily in the information technology, healthcare, and professional services industries. He has in-depth expertise in all aspects of running a business, in building business operations and turning around faltering ones, in mergers and acquisitions, and in post-M&A multi-company integration. Jay’s M&A experience has spanned over 35 years on both the buy and sell sides for companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $3 billion. In addition, he has served in interim CIO, CFO and CAO roles for clients.
Jay and his wife have two grown children and three grandchildren. When not working, he enjoys family time, running, photography and reading.
