Austin Dale Group Adds Two Senior Associates
We are pleased to announce the addition of two senior associates to the Austin Dale team, both with many years of experience in M&A and value enhancement services:
Jay Rosenfeld – Jay has been a company executive and management and M&A consultant for over 35 years. He has hands-on leadership experience in the healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He also has a wealth of experience gained through his role as a Partner at Accenture.
Clint Whitaker – Clint has also served on both sides of the fence, as a corporate executive and management consultant. He has many years of experience in healthcare, technology, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and financial services and has extensive M&A experience with large strategic buyers such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Providence Health & Services.
Jay and Clint will help us offer even more value and new services for our growing client base.
